'Things have changed so much over the last 30 plus years that I have been working with flowers but nothing has changed more than the need to conserve the world in which we live. I try very hard not to use any materials that cannot be recycled or that aren't biodegradable. It is necessary sometimes though and for this I apologise. I truly believe that because no one person can do everything to put things right it is up to all of us to do whatever we can however small that may be. With that in mind I make you the following promises'

One of the most popular styles has been the 'hand tied' . Informally created to look as if your flowers have just been picked and caught up in a bunch. A denser structure will give a more formal look, both can be bound with ribbon, raffia, leaves or beads. The 'hand tied' suits all dresses and figures and can be popped into a container for your top table.

The
'Teardrop'
is a classic. It is the 'must have' bouquet for the
traditional bride wearing an A-line or full skirted dress.

All styles can be adapted to suit any age for bridesmaids or flowergirls.
Any designs that you have seen here can be created from flowers and foliage from your own garden.

'Buttonholes' don't have to be boring, the traditional white carnation with a bit a fern, lovely but.....
Blooms to compliment his bride's flowers with beautiful foliage, or just foliage, the stem bound with ribbon to match his tie or cravat held with a diamantè pin will set your groom apart.
His best man, fathers of the bride and groom and your ushers will also look gorgeous with specially created buttonholes to compliment your flower and colour scheme.
Mums and grandmas usually like to wear a 'corsage' but they can be quite heavy and awkward if they are wearing something lightweight like silk. A Freesia or Alstromeria stem with delicate foliage, although fragile looking, is ideal and can be attached to a garment with a pearl or diamantè pin or a favorite brooch. It will look as beautiful as your mum and last all day.
