have changed so much over the last 35 plus years that I have been
working with flowers
but nothing has changed more than the need to
conserve the world in which we live. I try very hard
not to use
any materials that cannot be recycled or that aren't biodegradable.
It is necessary sometimes though and for this I
apologise.
I truly believe that because no one person can do everything to put
things right it is up to all of us to do whatever we can however small
that may be. With that in mind I make you the following promises"

Every
order taken by FLC Flowers will be fulfilled using the least possible
unnecessary products that
cannot be recycled or that are not
biodegradable.
All waste created will be composted or disposed of responsibly.
All
paper used for promotional purposes, wrapping, cards etc is purchased
from a company using
woodpulp only from sustainably managed forests.

Choosing
flowers to give is just as exciting as receiving them.
For true value
and originality and with a promise that 100% care is given to every order undertaken.

Booking:
A deposit of 20% of the total order is required upon confirmation, with
the final balance to be paid 3 weeks before the date of your wedding.
Cheques made payable to: Four Leaf Clover Flowers (FLC Flowers) and
sent to: 6 Cross Street, Northam, devon, EX39 1BS. A receipt wll be
emailed or posted to you.

Cancellation:
As a booking for
wedding flowers is generally made 9 - 12 months in advance the date is
effectively removed from the diary as
unavailable.It may not always be
possible to procure a comparable order at short notice therefore a
cancellation policy is necessary as expenses will have been
incurred.
If a deposit of, for example,
£40 has been paid, cancellation of
an order with less than 4 weeks notice will be subject to NO refund.
Cancellation with less than 8 weeks
notice will receive a 50%
(£20) refund of their deposit, with more than 8 weeks a 75%
(£30) refund will be given.

Customer Service:
Four Leaf Clover FLOWERS telephone and
email address is on all orders collected and delivered so we are always contactable. Any customer service issue will be dealt with immediately. |
Privacy;
Four
Leaf Clover FLOWERS guarantee that no names, home or email addresses,
landline, mobile or fax numbers will be passed onto a
third party. Any credit/debit card details will be destroyed once the order has been completed
satisfactorily. |
